There are so few sunny days this time of year in Chicago so I just had to Get Up Off My Ass! when the thermometer was over 7 degrees Farenheit!

I broke my record today on the deadlift , YAY. No belt only straps , my gym says no chalk.
I also used some Magic Bullet on the color and had to use my crappy .5 WA lens so its fuzzy.

Do 3 sets 15 reps each. If this is too much, back it down to ten reps per set. If this isn't enough, kick it up to 20 or 25 reps per set.
