This post is not something I’ve made. Instead, it’s an “audio documentary (with visual elements)” on the process of creating handmade film, featuring yours truly (*blush*) and created by Kathryn Postema and Jacob Jensen (posted here with their permission).
Jake and Kathryn are students in the School of Communications at Grand Valley State University, and they have produced a wonderful audio project here with an innovative use of sparsely integrated visuals. I am deeply flattered and proud. And, because I am always trying to spread the gospel of handmade film, I offer this piece up here, with thanks to Kathryn & Jake.
N.B.: This piece runs about 18 min.
