Sound Of The Braves

A down & dirty recording of Saturday's run through. I didn't have my wide angle lens with me, so forgive me for cutting people off!

Two great bands from the Boone vs. Oak Ridge game. First up, our Sound of the Braves playing their show "Dances In The Dark", then the Oak Ridge HS Marching Band, who did a great job as well!

It was a rainy night (so no uniforms), and we didn't perform until after the game, but here is "Dances In The Dark" from the University game.

Under the direction of guest conductor Benoit Glazer, the Jazz Ensemble plays at "The Sound of the Braves Spectacular." Selections include "All Of Me" (Marks), "Satin Doll" (Ellington), and "Attitude Dance" (Tower of Power).

The William R. Boone High School Wind Symphony plays at the inaugural "Sound of the Braves Spectacular". Selections include "Nobles of the Mystic Shrine" (Sousa), "Southern Hymn" (Hazo), and "Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi" (Orff), in which they are joined by the Boone Concert Choir.
