The video show up first as a regular video, and then at some point later it start showing in HD.
I did many test uploads, trying to figure out the right settings; then my first tests started showing in HD. It sure wasted a lot of time as it wasn’t clear what was required.
Also there should be some indication that a video is considered HD and is waiting in line, converting for HD display.
The lack of feedback makes it difficult to know you did it right.
It would be nice to know the details of what is checked for before the HD functionality kicks in.
