7 days agoIan Lucero commented on Teresa Sullivan Bead Artist DocumentaryThanks Miguel. No I'm not using any plugins to remove noise. I just make sure that I light the scene correctly. It could be that your gain is turned up too high. You might want to check that. Other than that it might be a lighting issue. There is some noise with the 170 but I find it to be "pleasant" noise that is more filmic than digital but you should see very little of it if light is plenty.

7 days agoIan Lucero commented on in Panasonic HPX170Thanks Kamau. For the most part, all the rehearsal footage (a hpx170) was shot using Cine D (F6) default settings. All video editing, sound editing/sweetening, coloring and compressing was done in Final Cut Studio 3.
