Long Island College Hospital (LICH), celebrated its 151st anniversary with a Gala event held at Steiner Studios in DUMBO,Brooklyn. The event reflected our commitment to quality healthcare in changing times. We are proud of our clinical and academic environment where physicians practice superior medicine, conduct innovative research and train the next generation of physicians. Philanthropy is essential to our ability to continue our lifesaving work.
The honorees were Balendu Vasavada, MD, chief of cardiology, and Rami Atallah, MD, gastroenterologist.
