Ted Balmer

I am a freelance web developer, graphic designer, and author located in Milwaukee, WI. Much of my work have been personal projects done in my free time over the last decade. I originally started with dabbling in 3D modeling and animation, and then moved over to web design and programming. More recently I’ve been trying to get away from computers and have been experimenting with drawing and woodworking.
