Stopped by the Ypsi Winter Farmer's Market today just before they closed up for the night - sadly we didn't have any cash on us to buy any of the awesome, delicious looking food that was out. Which was a bummer. But I'm glad we stopped by - I hope they do more of these (being that this was the 1st one).

It took me a good 30 minutes of bungee-cording my tripod to the front fork of my bicycle before I was comfortable enough to take it around the block... but it turned out to be pretty fun. I'd like to try it again sometime with a few minor changes :P I am a dork.

today i woke up thinking that the cadets were training again before realising what day it was. these days just flyby. a moment of thought for the kids of the families when daddy or mommy might not be coming home.

some days are just slow, ordinary. ella however has worked out how to use the flip to record now. some of the shots are quite interesting to see how a kid can see the world.

I crawled up on the roof to enjoy the sunset today... it took me a little bit to figure out how to get up on the roof when I first noticed how pretty the sky was. So, I think I missed the best part. But it was still kinda nice / scary to be up there with the tree tops.

Riding the Red Ridge trail, from Tucson. 80 miles, 11,000 feet of climbing. A good day on the bike.
