2002
Pamela and Randy Copus, the duo known as 2002, have charted 9 albums on the Billboard Charts in the past 11 years. This Moment Now, won the COVR award for Best New Age Album in 2003.

2002 made the list of top new age artists in the Billboard Magazine “Year in Review” issue, December 2003. Also on the list; Yanni, Manhneim Steamroller, Jim Brickman, George Winston and Enya.

2002 released their first CD, Wings in 1992, launching their own record label they called Dreamtime Records. Wings was followed by Savitri in 1995. Pamela and Randy later signed a contract with Sausalito-based label Real Music and released 7 albums: Chrysalis, Land of Forever, River of Stars, Across an Ocean of Dreams, The Sacred Well, This Moment Now and The Emerald Way. These albums charted on Billboard for a total of 264 weeks. Real Music also picked up 2002's back catalog, Wings and Saviti and re-released both albums with new artwork.

Pamela and Randy record all their music in their own studio near Dallas, Texas. Randy plays piano, guitar, bass and keyboards. Pamela plays flutes, harp, keyboards and a wind instrument called a WX5. Both musicians also provide all of the vocals on their albums, recording their voices many, many times and layering them to create a "virtual choir".

2002 recently signed with Gemini Sun Records. Their first release Deep Still Blue in 2007 features 10 all new songs and a bonus DVD of the music matched to videos of beautiful oceanic photography by Susan Saibara.

A new album, "A Word in the Wind" will be released February 10th, 2009 by Gemini Sun Records. This is a 2 disc CD/DVD set which includes DTS 5.1 surround sound and 12 movies.
