Radio23 is a non-commercial, freeform radio station dedicated to providing an international platform for innovative and creative home broadcasters. As community media source, we are committed to bringing independent artistry and marginalized viewpoints into regional and international view. We aim to become a trusted source of current and historical music education, while serving as a reflection of the communities our worldwide broadcasters represent.


Cascade Community Radio, Inc. is a non-profit corporation created in the state of Oregon for public benefit . We are doing business as “Radio 23″ and have filed 501(c)3 paper work to make all donations in the United States tax-deductible. Our mission is educational. We teach anyone, anywhere how to make radio with a computer and a high-speed internet connection.
