SWIMMInG// and Dallas Simpson's headphone only gig at Lee Rosy's tea shop in Nottingham as part of Dot to Dot festival 2008.

Dallas is moving around the sound of the band with little microphones in his ears. The audience is upstairs wearing headphones that are plugged into Dallas' in-ear microphones. This 'binaural' technique allows the audience, and you through this video, to hear exactly what Dallas hears in true 3D surround sound.

NOTE: This effect only works through headphones only, it wont work through normal speakers.

You can really hear the effect around 07:17 when Dallas plays the saw - it sounds like your left ear is right next to it .

Swimming and Dallas are taking this show (with a new musical set) on tour round the UK in early 2009.
