    Hey Jakob,
    I had dinner with Chad Hurley, the founder of youtube today. He was at Stanford and somehow got invited to dinner at my dorm. I started talking to him about Vimeo and he talked about how it's a great site. I really wish I had my camera because that would have made for a great video on this site.

    I'd like to see a video explaining the origins of Vimeo, the thought process behind taking it from an add-on to a personal site to its current form, the decision to compete with YouTube ("compete" is probably the wrong word), the break-through moment(s) (when did Vimeo hit mainstream), and your thoughts on why Vimeo seems to foster such an in-depth community. I'm also curious about the how Vimeo became a part of Connected Ventures and what that union has done for the site.

    You know, straight up documentary stuff.

    instead of your typical Lipdub via means of an iPod...you should spontaneously lipdub songs in the enviornment, of which you have no control, such as in elevators, restaurants, bathrooms, or bullrings.
