I joined Element Pictures as the Dublin-based Development Executive in September 2008. In this role, I work across film and television, working closely with the UK office; developing slate projects, meeting new talent and sourcing new material. Before coming to Element, I spent two years working in the development department at Film4 and prior to that was a freelance script reader for a wide range of UK film, TV and theatre companies.
