  Thanks Dallas! You rock. It works. When I do upgrade to an actual HD camera - can you still output at square pixels or use another pixel aspect?

  I don't have an HD camera yet so, I decided to do an HD project with pictures and narration. Everything looks spot on in Premiere CS3 however, when I export, everything looks stretched (or is that squeezed?) and they don't fill up the screen properly. Now, in pixel aspect, do I still set that to square pixels??? (Because, I'm not.) Here are my settings if anyone can decipher what's wrong: Exporting with Adobe Media Encoder, my setting are: Format: Quicktime Preset: 720p 24 Video Codec: h264 quality: 100 fps: 29.97 pixel aspect: D1/DV NTSC Widescreen 16:9 bitrate: 4000 set key frame distance: 24
