  Roberto, bravissimo! What beautiful land you have to fly over. Someday I will be able to have my videos have the rich coloring yours do...I am jealous. Is it really because of that camera? I am recording onto an aiptek, maybe that is part of the issue. Are you enrichening the video in post-production software after the fact?
