  What you do it set the camera to shutter priority. The use the left buttons inside the wheel. I had the problem also filming skateboarding. It will make the lines sharper in the faster moving objects, it really helps in 24p mode but you loose a little color with every speed adjustment. I normally keep it on 250 in bright sunlight at 100 indoors...
