Cris McConkey commented on Vimeo should offer the option of 960x540 at 30fps.
Might there be any advantage to converting HDV video to 24 fps *before* uploading? (I am referring to frame resampling and not pull-down.) Also, for standard definition, if I upload a Quicktime movie at 24 fps, will Vimeo's Flash transcoder preserve the 24 fps?
