    Hi Mario.

Yes, baseball is big over here it seems though I personally don't have much interest. That star shaped field is impressive though. The park in general is very nice and a great resource.

Flying in different areas is what keeps it interesting for me. My dream is to travel the country flying over all the parks and other natural and human made wonders. It will combine my love of travel and the outdoors with the good memories of seeing it from above. All my work trying to perfect my setup is just a build up to that ultimate dream.

I've seen the waterplane video before somewhere so they probably just posted it on Vimeo but it's been out there already. It is impressive, I started with helies but never tried to FPV one as I think it would be really difficult, but if reliable and smooth could be the ultimate aerial video platform. I'm working on a new plane and did the maiden flight Friday and it did really well but as usual I have to modify the design to make it better, I'm trying to be able to pan my HD camera so I can get those kind of going around in circle over the target videos as I think they look cool if done right.

    Cheers,
    Paul

    Hi Partok.

Man you are always right there commenting on my new video uploads, I appreciate it guy. I flew this one on November 7th before the wedding video on the 8th. The park was just closing, the cart you see coming down the road on take off was the guy telling me to leave so he could lock the gate. I pleaded with him to just give me 10 mins to get this flight in and he agreed to close the other gates first. I had never been to this park but had seen in on Google Earth and thought it might be interesting. In the beginning when I flew over all the trees you can see a church appear from the edge of the trees in the distance. That church is on an amazing road that goes up a hill and the view from up there is incredible, I've always thought flying from there would be cool and now I have in a way but as often happens the perspective from high in the air is different then when on the ground so it doesn't look as impressive. That road also has a real rural feel in the middle of suburbia. There is a cool horse farm with a big field and that's the field you see in the beginning of the video so this one has great interest for me.

The landing as you pointed out was dicey because I intended to miss that grass and was afraid it would flip over when it hit but it skimmed across with that cool sound so I was pleased with it. The plane lands different now that its a bit slicker and I'm so intrigued with it that I've been building a new plane that should be much more streamlined and fly even better (I hope)

    Happy Thanksgiving!

Sorry for the long post but I'm hyped up on coffee!

Hi Paul, appreciate the compliments. Your videos are also spectacular and smooth. I am going to put easyglider wings on the easystar which are about a foot bigger which should help with the stability. Regarding the video, I will keep posting them for different parts of the island. My next will be South Shore near Horseshoe beach. Look forward to your posts.
    Regards, Nick
