BMLTV stimulates informed and inclusive public debate around key cultural development issues in order to foster Urban Pop Culture via video/streaming and podcast. We are working to promote an enabling media and communications environment within Hampton Roads (Richmond) Virginia. BMLTV'S aim is to ensure that the perspectives of the people whose lives are most affected by big business and mainstream media are included within decision-making - and that decisions are subject to their scrutiny and debate. BMLTV'S targeted genre's are politics, religion, film, fashion, music, art, dance, food, environment, wildlife, “extreme events”.
