  I would suggest you first color correct using the "Color Corrector" plugin, to fix the white balance (use the Mid and High color pickers on white points in the screen). Also, on the same dialog, push saturation to 1500. Then, load Magic Bullet with the "Grand Sky" template, and then use the "Unsharpen Mask" with 0.200 amount and 0.100 radius.

  Use the designated tutorial for Pinnacle in the sticky to export. If you want a custom export, you will have to check the exporting dialog to see if there's a "progressive" or "de-interlace" checkbox or option. Not all codecs or ways of exporting support deinterlacing, mind you.
