Joana da Costa, a.k.a Ruanita (born in 1982) spent her childhood in South Africa and is now living in Porto, Portugal.
Presently, she teaches several subjects related to cinema and video, does some freelance work (mostly camera operation) and continues making self-produced films and videos.
