    I have no clients or family in NY so I guess the probleme is Canada and France and it is after those clients and family complaints that I have decided to use the you-tube player on all my sites. I don't care about getting my money back but why would I pay $65 to use you-tube players? Maybe you can answer this last question, what does it take to have a video on the HD channel?     Hi Daniel, This is another thing that irritates me, the inconsistency of loading time and chopiness from time to time. The worste part is that most of my family is in France and there just forget it, noone I know has been able to view any of my videos so they use you-tube which load fast but looks amateur.
