vizier of damascus is the recording name of sound designer arfan ezra munir-rai.
arfan is based in London, Samarkand and Damascus. he is also a teacher and head of Philosophy & Religion at a small independent boys school based in London.
Sound design projects have included Channel4 Films, ChalkFace Acoustic Learning Resources, Globe Trekker, Discovery Channel, CERN Laboratory Geneva, Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT), British based Nature/Ecology Organisations, and a range of documentaries based in Middle Eastern television.
