The first Music video of the unsigned band Supercharger.

Take a look and see what you can do with no budget,a lot of imagination and help of friends. The goal was to keep the visual style exactly like the band's current promo artwork and do something that looks different from all the other videos out there. It was important to not only create a visual style but also to let this style evolve together with the song.

Western Wisdom was shot with a Sony XDCam EX in front of a large green screen. The oldest tricks were used to create the Vfx that litteraly will blow you away around the middle of the video. The final output resolution for this was 1920*1080 which did make the compositing quite dodgy at times, but the 64-bit HP we were able to borrow was handeling it very well. (editing: Adobe Premiere CS2, comp: Adobe After Effects CS2)

This video was basically an experiment to see what could be done without leaving your house and without spending tons of money on equipment and actors. The actual spend budget on this was around € 270 ( $ 366) which went mostly to changing a garage into a green room.
It was a lot of fun creating this and very cool to work with the the Sony XDCam which is truly an impressive piece of machinery.

This is a promo I shot for The Biltmore Hotel, a 5-star resort nestled in the heart of Miami, Florida. For the Glide-cam shots, I used the Sony EX1 (bare). The dolly shots (Indieslider) and static shots were achieved with the Sony EX1 + Letus35 Extreme adapter.
