Synopsis:

Love, religion, death, sex... These are some of the vital worries and thoughts that used to concern the director of 'Manhattan' and that still concern the Woody of nowadays. A neurotic and brilliant author; now and before. A genius who actually can only have one interlocutor up to him: himself.

The animation short film 'Woody & Woody' wants to be a modest tribute to this great filmmaker from New York, with frenetic and ironic dialogs and vibrant draws that seem to move to the rhythm of jazz.

L'amor, la religió, la mort, el sexe... Són algunes de les angoixes vitals i cavil·lacions que preocupaven el director de 'Manhattan' i que segueixen interessant el Woody d'avui en dia. Un creador neuròtic i brillant; ara i aleshores. Un geni que, en realitat, només pot tenir un únic interlocutor a la seva alçada: ell mateix.

El curtmetratge d'animació 'Woody & Woody' pretén ser un modest homenatge a aquest gran cineasta novaiorquès, amb diàlegs frenètics impregnats d'ironia i enginy i uns dibuixos de traçat vibrant que semblen moure's a ritme de jazz.
